Palm, the maker of the organizers (which should not be confused with Microsoft's PocketPC devices), has agreed to give refunds to users who purchased their m130 devices. The refund is to compensate for the fact that Palm falsely advertised the device as having more colors than it actually did (which is important for users who want the color screen to show pictures). Personally I feel that the refund is only being offered to prevent the class action lawsuit that has been filed by upset users. Still at least now these users can use their refund to buy a PocketPC device ;-).

The title has been changed though it remains to be seen if this is the final title or if it will be changed yet again.

Jess did not think very much of the title for this page. I guess I need to come up with a new one though none comes to mind. The search continues...

Well, assuming I have set this up correctly this will be the first post to my new blog. Hopefully this will turn out to be something that I can update on a regular basis. My plan for this blog is to post a range of information from tech stories to interesting items I encounter at work to my personal thoughts on issues. We will see how things develop as we go. How is that for a first post?
